Joyce is awesome and the food is awesome!

Best Chinese food EVER, along with some really great prices! Joyce (owner) is very kind hearted. She hires teenagers as her staff and teaches them work ethic and all kinds of other things. They're all really nice and will do whatever it takes to make people feel welcome!

Wonderful restaurant. The food is amazing and always fresh. The owner Joyce is a god send to our community. Thank you Joyce for a great place to eat and for all you have done to help our community in times of need. I'm a blackjewel wife and could never thank you enough. :-)

Food is meh, staff sometimes rude. Only place to eat this type of food around the area however.

Good food but have seen owner come out in dining room and jump on (making a scene) a elderly woman for asking the waitress if her to go order was ready. Not the first time stuff like that happened, she's hateful.

I could live off of this and only this incredibly amazing food for the rest of my life!! Highly recommend!

Great food when you can get it. Overpriced Buffet of 11.00 for a tiny small Buffet. Had to wait for food for 15 min. By far the smallest buffet I’ve seen with people standing in line to get food.

Best Chinese food I've had!

Food is ok but the buffet only lasts about an hour. If you paid for buffet and are still there when they are ready to close it then you are out of luck on getting anymore. I just feel if I pay for a buffet then it should be up til I am ready to leave, as long as someone isn't sitting for a long time trying to eat, that is.

Best Chinese in the state. The owner/chef Joyce is a wonderful person and does many amazing things for her community.

Best food by far of any chinese resaursnt I have eaten anywhere. Place is small and get crowded fast. Owner needs to relocate to a bigger place!

I had the opportunity to visit Harlan a few times and was surprised at how tasty the food was here! Very pleasant experience. not a fancy place at all, but worth a visit.

Always fresh great tasting food. Meals are enough to fill you up. Buffet is small but makes up with the best food for your money.

I have never had something here that I didn't like. Its the best Chinese food I have ever had! Joyce Cheng should be very proud of how great her business is and certainly how delicious!

I love the chicken fingers and sweet n sour sauce. My kids absolutely love the beef lomein and chicken fried rice.

Not the best service in the world. Very plain chinese food. But they are the only chinese restaurant in the area, and they do offer a small one bar lunch buffet.

Well I have to tell the truth,, awhile back we all from church ate there we all were in good spirits and felt great , just b4 we left we started feeling sick, it just got worse, make a long story short we were sick for about 3 to 4 days don't want to hurry back over there and any time soon, sorry guys 🤕😷

This is the best Chinese you can, including out of town places. May, the owner, uses fresh ingredients in her food and I can't find a Chinese food restaurant that comes anywhere close to our Panda Garden!!

Food is burnt most of the time. Given wrong food on take out orders . Recommend going to Kingsport Tn. or Corbin Ky. for decent restaurants if you are having diner out.

We are vegetarians and it is sometimes hard to find good vegetarian food in Harlan. Panda Garden has a good mixed vegetable dish that is satisfying and we really appreciate these folks going out of their way (after closing time) to accommodate two hungry guys 5 stars

There is no better Chinese restaurant upon this earth....i love it here!
